Joining Crown means joining a global leader in the design and production of packaging. Lead teams at our plants to ensure our product meets quality standards and exceeds customer expectations. Liaise between departments to communicate changes in equipment and production schedules, among other things. Being collaborative, knowledgeable and a problem-solver are all qualities that will take you far in this leadership role.

We’re looking for a candidate who can truly shine in this role. That means thinking outside the box and being solutions-driven. As a leader, you should be adept at conflict resolution and motivating a team of manufacturers. Excellent time-management and project-management skills are also crucial in this position.
