Overview

Responsibilities
The qualified person will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing the various technical electrical/electronic systems utilized in manufacturing production. This person will be expected to analyze and repair control systems and processes, electronic control devices and production equipment in an efficient manner. High School Diploma preferred.
Pay for this position starts at $37.97/hr (Applicants with a Journeyman's card with 2 years applicable experience start at a higher rate).
Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC equipment—installation, set-up, and programming.
Working knowledge of process control systems, their function, set-up, and programming.
Working knowledge of pneumatic process control systems, their function, set-up, and programming.
Working knowledge of computers as applied to industrial use.
Experience with all types of motor controls.This to include troubleshooting, replacement, and repair.
Capable of working from schematics, diagrams, and electrical drawings for controls analysis.
Capable of working from schematics and electrical drawings to fabricate control systems as applied to control panels, their layout and construction.
Knowledgeable of all NEC and OSHA codes as applied to industry.
Proficient at maintaining plant/facility services.
Knowledge and understanding of machine/equipment wiring to include low voltage DC to 3 phase AC control and motor wiring
