As a part of our Engineering team, you’ll be our go-to when it comes to tools, equipment and recommending design and materials improvements. You'll recommend, select and implement new technology for our manufacturing processes. As part of your day-to-day, you'll troubleshoot equipment issues and oversee the engineering side of plant projects to help us meet and improve our efficiency goals. Overview

Responsibilities

Electrician

Job Accountabilities

This position is for 3rd Shift - 11:00p - 7:00a. Employee will work 8 hours shifts, Monday through Friday. Electricians are paid a base rate of $33.44/hour. We also offer a $0.40/hour shift differential for night shift. Must be able to work overtime if necessary.

This position will troubleshoot, repair, program, replace, maintain and install electrical/electronic systems for production related equipment and building utilities within this manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include following all local, state and federal electrical codes. Documentation of problems and maintenance of equipment and facility systems are also required. This position will also provide training for equipment operation and safety precautions. Responsibilities also include installing and maintaining new and existing electrical writing within the facility. 


High school graduate or equivalent preferred, with 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment needed. Associates/technical degree is preferred.  Must have basic set of own tools.  Knowledge of Allen Bradley/Omron/Direct Logic PLCs’ are required as well as integrated window software to analyze AC/DC, single phase and 3 phase generators and AC/DC motors, relays, switches, breaker transformers, and power panels.  This position also requires the individual to be able to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics and parts specifications.
