As a part of our Engineering team, you’ll be our go-to when it comes to tools, equipment and recommending design and materials improvements. You'll recommend, select and implement new technology for our manufacturing processes. Overview
Joining Crown means joining a global leader in the design and production of packaging. In this role, it’ll be up to you to measure, report, maintain and improve on how things are done. Given the workplace setting, the ideal candidate will have experience in a production setting, ideally, in a high-speed manufacturing operation. Crown’s looking for someone who has the ability to be a team player and knows when they’re needed to take on supervisory responsibilities.

This candidate will be methodical in their approach but big picture when it comes to maintaining efficiency and workplace materials. In addition to mechanical expertise, working knowledge of Six Sigma and digital tools for documentation and design is a plus.

Purpose of the job: We are an enthusiastic, diverse group of engineers and software developers; responsible for building, deploying, maintaining and improving bespoke software to support the Crown can manufacturing business.
